Welcome to the pages of Skip's Outdoor Living. This site grew out of my life-long passion for gardening, outdoor cooking, and entertaining on our patio. Our patio and surrounding lawns and plantings are the center of the world shared with my wife, family, and friends. My initial publications were purely about my helping followers of THE GARDEN GUY to realize initial and greater success in their yard and garden pursuits. These publications have been converted to my now popular Quick Guides.

Outdoor cooking became a passion for me when I purchased a TRAEGER Smoker/Grill in 2017. Traegering has become a favorite leisure activity for me.
