Lawn Recovery

When a new lawn is not practical or affordable, it may be possible to recover some or all of an existing lawn by:

Reviving Remnants Of Existing Turf Grass

Some lawns can be revived with little or no extra effort.

If you have enough individual grass plants surviving in

your lawn it is possible to encourage NEW grass plants

to sprout from existing grassroots. Revive Lawn Treatment is a miracle working product. It can even help heal spots caused by dog urine. The natural ingredients in Revive are safe for Children and Pets.

All In One Package

Lawns can have patchy, bald spots from drying out,

heavy traffic, intense play activity, or any combination

resulting in dry, compacted soil. "Patch Kits" like the

Pennington One Step or Scotts EZ Seed can, with a

little soil preparation, fill the brown patches with new

green lawn in just a few short weeks.

Re-seeding Areas

This is the most misunderstood technique for renewing

lawn in your landscape. The haphazard casting of seed

onto a sickly lawn is an unrewarding waste of time and

money. Unlike, a patch kit, you will need to clean up the

area to be seeded, add amendments to build up the soil,

rake, and roll the area. Then evenly cover the area with

seed, STARTER fertilizer, and top cover with mulch. Finally, you need to roll the prepared area to make the new seedbed firmly packed and then water regularly.
